Senior Legal Counsel- Ethics and Compliance

Head of Compliance- Abu Dhabi We are currently retained on behalf of a leading Abu Dhabi-based organisation to appoint a senior Compliance leader to drive and enhance its ethics, compliance and governance framework across a diverse international business portfolio.

We are keen to speak with professionals who possess:

✔ 10+ years' experience in ethics, compliance, regulatory affairs, investigations or governance
✔ Experience gained within a major multinational organisation, regulated environment, infrastructure business, utility, energy company, financial institution or leading advisory firm
✔ Strong understanding of international compliance frameworks, corporate governance and regulatory risk management
✔ Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide compliance programmes
✔ Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board level
✔ A legal qualification and/or recognised compliance certification (CCEP or equivalent) would be highly advantageous
