Senior Disputes Counsel (Leadership Opportunity)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced disputes lawyer to join the legal leadership team of a major international organisation operating across large-scale energy, infrastructure and capital projects.

This is a leadership role rather than a technical case-handling position. The existing team is highly experienced and operates with a high degree of autonomy, requiring a leader who can provide strategic direction, commercial judgment and stakeholder management at the highest level.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12–15 years' post-qualification experience.
• Trained at a leading international law firm (top US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle or equivalent Australian/Canadian etc. firm).
• Subsequent in-house experience within a multinational corporate, sovereign entity or major infrastructure/energy organisation.
• Strong background in complex commercial disputes, international arbitration and cross-border matters.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
