Legal & Compliance Counsel - Arabic Speaker

A globally operating technology group is seeking a Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel to join their office in Dubai. The role will advise on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters, while strengthening the regional compliance framework and supporting strategic business initiatives.

Required for this position:

• 7–10 years’ PQE in corporate/commercial law and compliance (law firm and/or multinational experience).

• Strong cross-border transactional experience and familiarity with international legal systems.

• Demonstrated experience building or managing compliance frameworks.

• Strong commercial judgment, independent working style, and ability to advise senior stakeholders.

• Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills in English and Arabic.

• Regional experience in the Middle East & Africa preferred.

• Qualified lawyer in a relevant jurisdiction.
