Project Finance Legal Counsel

We're partnering with a leading UAE investment and infrastructure group to appoint a Legal Counsel with a strong Project Finance background. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing in-house legal team supporting landmark energy, infrastructure and investment projects across the region.

Key requirements:

• 5–10 years' PQE gained at a leading international law firm and/or in-house
• Strong experience advising on project finance, infrastructure or energy transactions
• Expertise in financing documentation, security packages and complex commercial agreements
• Exposure to cross-border and multi-stakeholder transactions
• Common law qualification preferred

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders on high-value strategic investments, financings and project development matters, providing commercially focused legal advice across the full project lifecycle.
