We are working with a leading entertainment & attractions organisation in Dubai to recruit a Marketing Content Producer to support the delivery of high-quality creative content across a diverse portfolio of destinations.

This is a hands-on content production role for an experienced photography and videography professional who can manage the full content process – from planning and scheduling through to shoot execution and delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing teams, operational stakeholders, agencies, partners and influencers to produce engaging content across social, digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality photography and videography content across multiple entertainment and leisure destinations.
• Plan and manage photography and videography shoots from briefing and scheduling through to execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar supporting brand awareness, campaigns, launches and commercial objectives.
• Maintain an organised and up-to-date content and asset library.
• Support wider B2B and corporate photography and videography requirements.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing agencies to ensure content is delivered to brief, on brand and within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain consistently high production standards across photography and video content.
• Support and manage influencer-generated content and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Identify new content formats, creative approaches and opportunities for innovation.
• Monitor trends and developments across photography, videography, social media and content production.
• Work closely with marketing, operations and other internal stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Provide on-ground production support when required, which may occasionally include evenings or weekends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in content production, photography and/or videography.
• Strong professional photography and videography skills.
• Previous drone filming experience.
• Experience planning and managing content schedules and production calendars.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and brand consistency.
• Ability to coordinate multiple shoots, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.
• Valid driving licence.
