Corporate Performance - Senior Specialist

Our client, a high profile government entity in Abu Dhabi, is currently hiring for a Corporate Performance,Sr. Specialist. This position offers you the opportunity to influence the development and implementation of frameworks, policies, and tools that drive excellence across all projects. You will be at the heart of ensuring best practices are adopted, supporting interdepartmental collaboration, and providing insightful progress updates to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in project management to ensure that all associated policies, standards, guidelines, frameworks, and tools remain aligned with industry best practice.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive policies, standards, guidelines, frameworks, and tools for project management across every function within the organisation.
  • Create and update the experience delivery framework alongside supporting methodologies as well as reporting tools, templates, and processes to enhance project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with related departments or sections to develop the overall projects master plan that provides a centralised view on delivery against set scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Support efforts to identify overlaps, interdependencies, and opportunities for synergies and collaboration across all projects, programmes, and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain the project risks register for all projects to ensure proactive risk management throughout each phase.
  • Assist in coordinating with relevant stakeholders to establish mitigation plans and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Contribute to evaluating project performance during initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion phases while developing progress reports on all areas.
  • Prepare consolidated project update reports, dashboards, and executive summaries that inform leadership about the health and progress of the overall project portfolio.

Requirements:

  • You possess proven experience in developing and implementing project management policies, standards, guidelines, frameworks, and tools within large organisations.
  • Your background includes staying abreast of industry trends in project management to ensure continuous improvement of processes.
  • You demonstrate strong collaborative skills by working effectively with cross-functional teams to develop centralised master plans for complex projects.
  • You have expertise in identifying overlaps, interdependencies, synergies, and opportunities for collaboration across multiple projects or programmes.
