As a Marketing and Public Relations Officer, you will immerse yourself in a varied role where no two days are the same. Your primary focus will be on orchestrating memorable events that showcase the organisation’s expertise while also driving forward its broader marketing agenda. You will have the chance to demonstrate your creativity by producing eye-catching promotional materials and developing innovative campaigns that capture attention both online and offline.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of seminars, conferences, and partner events by managing all aspects from inception to completion.
• Oversee all logistical elements of events, proactively addressing any issues that arise to ensure seamless experiences for attendees.
• Develop compelling marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and invitations that effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.
• Curate guest lists with careful consideration of appropriate audiences for each event, ensuring maximum engagement and relevance.
• Take charge of the organisation’s social media presence by creating engaging content and monitoring performance across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with an external social media agency to enhance overall marketing effectiveness and drive brand awareness.
• Introduce fresh ideas and creative marketing initiatives that align with organisational goals and resonate with diverse stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with internal colleagues and external partners to support successful event delivery and ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Maintain high standards of organisation by keeping detailed records of projects, timelines, budgets, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
