A leading Public LIsted construction group in Riyadh is seeking a Group Chief Business Excellence Officer to establish and steward the Business Excellence Office as an enterprise-wide governance, alignment, performance, transformation, and value-creation function. You possess deep understanding of risk management operating model design value-creation planning alongside advanced systems thinking capabilities. * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, strategy, finance, engineering, economics or related discipline is required; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification) is preferred.
* At least 15 years of progressive experience in strategy development, transformation leadership, business excellence implementation, governance oversight or performance management within complex organisations.
* Proven track record in leading cross-functional change initiatives that foster enterprise alignment as well as executive reporting capabilities for decision support.
* Experience engaging directly with CEOs, Boards or executive committees within multi-entity or project-based environments is highly desirable.
* Strong exposure to governance structures including risk management protocols, operating model design methodologies and value-creation planning processes.
* Demonstrated expertise in enterprise systems thinking combined with strategic planning skills for execution oversight
