What you'll do:

As Design Manager – Interiors and Landscaping, you will immerse yourself in every layer of the creative process—leading concept development from initial brief through to final delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include shaping narrative-driven concepts that reflect luxury standards; establishing cohesive design languages; producing impactful presentations; refining team outputs; overseeing multiple projects; collaborating with technical experts; approving materials; mentoring designers; participating in client meetings; and contributing to strategic growth. • Set the tone for design language, mood, and hierarchy at the outset of each project, creating cohesive frameworks that guide the team’s creative process.
• Produce and oversee high-level presentations that communicate ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders while maintaining luxury positioning throughout.
• Review and refine outputs from designers and visualisers to ensure consistency in quality, material layering, spatial logic, and detailing across all projects.
• Oversee multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects simultaneously, managing timelines and resources to deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and 3D specialists to integrate architectural elements seamlessly into interior and landscape designs.

• Exceptional signature sensibility for material selection combined with deep understanding of spatial logic, layering techniques, detailing practices, and visual storytelling.
• Confidence in client-facing settings including presentations, meetings, negotiations—ensuring clear communication of ideas tailored to diverse audiences.
• Experience working within Middle Eastern markets is highly desirable as it brings valuable insight into local luxury positioning trends; international exposure is advantageous for broader perspective.
• Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams (including architects/3D specialists) integrating architectural elements seamlessly into interior/landscape designs.
