What you'll do:

As a Real Estate Development Manager based in Riyadh you will be entrusted with overseeing the full spectrum of real estate development activities across a portfolio of high-profile projects. Your daily responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with the Development Director to translate strategic vision into actionable plans. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders—ranging from architects to contractors—to ensure every phase of development meets stringent quality standards while remaining aligned with commercial targets. By tracking progress against key milestones and budgets you will help drive successful project outcomes. Your analytical skills will be put to use preparing feasibility studies and financial models that underpin investment decisions. You will also play an integral role in reviewing design submissions for compliance and supporting value engineering initiatives that enhance efficiency. Maintaining clear communication channels between internal teams such as Design or Sales—and external partners like consultants or authorities—is essential for smooth project delivery. Additionally you will assist in managing investor reporting requirements as well as approvals and governance processes while keeping meticulous records. Your ability to identify risks early on and support mitigation strategies will contribute significantly to the ongoing success of each development.

• Support the Development Director in executing the development strategy across multiple assigned projects by ensuring all activities align with business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day development activities spanning feasibility studies, design coordination, and project delivery stages while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
• Track project progress against established milestones, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely completion and adherence to approved plans.
• Ensure alignment between design intent, commercial goals, and construction objectives by coordinating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive feasibility studies, development appraisals, and detailed financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Support analysis of project viability including costs, revenues, returns (IRR/ROI), and monitor cashflows to maintain strong financial performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and PMC teams to guarantee that design submissions comply with scope requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
• Review design submissions meticulously to ensure compliance with approved scope while supporting value engineering exercises aimed at optimising cost efficiency.
• Liaise regularly with internal teams such as Design, Commercial, Sales, and Project Management as well as external parties including consultants, authorities, and contractors.
• Assist in managing investor and partner reporting requirements alongside project approvals, stage gates, internal governance processes; maintain accurate documentation throughout.
