What you'll do:

As Senior Project Manager based in Riyadh, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating every aspect of the Al Narjis Project’s delivery. Your responsibilities span from initial design coordination through construction oversight to final handover. You will foster strong connections among internal teams such as Commercial, Procurement, PMO, Finance, Sales & Marketing while ensuring that all external consultants and contractors are aligned with the project's vision. Success in this role requires proactive risk identification and resolution as well as maintaining rigorous governance standards. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through complex interfaces—balancing architectural innovation with technical precision—and ensure that all deliverables meet regulatory requirements. By monitoring progress against master schedules and facilitating timely communication among stakeholders—including local authorities—you will drive the achievement of critical milestones. Your ability to prepare comprehensive reports for executive management ensures transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Ultimately, your leadership will guarantee that every phase—from design inception to final close-out—is executed efficiently while upholding quality standards.
