What you'll do:

As a Program Manager based in Dammam, KSA you will be entrusted with overseeing complex programmes spanning multiple phases of completion within the oil and gas sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve engaging stakeholders at every level to build trust and understanding while implementing governance structures that ensure accountability. You will manage programme artefacts such as strategy documents, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, quality standards, integration plans, and ROI analyses. By coordinating several interrelated projects simultaneously using advanced methodologies you will drive measurable outcomes aligned with organisational objectives. Success in this role requires proactive risk mitigation strategies as well as efficient resource allocation across timeframes and personnel. You will also champion change management efforts by nurturing stakeholder support for new initiatives while communicating progress transparently with executives. Additionally you will have the opportunity to mentor other team members in technical programme management best practices.

  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns while ensuring effective communication throughout the programme lifecycle.
