A confidential government entity is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused professional to support the planning and delivery of large-scale public initiatives, community engagement programmes, and cross-functional strategic projects within a dynamic government environment. The role requires an individual who can operate effectively across complex stakeholder ecosystems while combining programme management, strategic communications, narrative development, and execution capabilities. The successful candidate will lead and support strategic activations and national initiatives, manage relationships with government entities, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and ensure all programmes are delivered in alignment with organisational objectives, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities will include developing project plans, governance frameworks, implementation roadmaps, executive presentations, strategic briefings, communication materials, activation narratives, and engagement campaigns, while also overseeing reporting, dashboards, KPIs, procurement coordination, and vendor management processes. The role also requires strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to translate complex strategic concepts into clear and visually structured content. Candidates with experience in government or semi-government entities, public-facing initiatives, PMO and strategic programme management, strategic communications, brand activations, community engagement, consulting, or large-scale national initiatives such as Expo, COP, or similar environments will be highly preferred. Strong capabilities in strategic thinking, governance, public engagement, executive presentation development, and programme execution are essential for success in this role.
