Business Development Manager – Riyadh

A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support its growing presence in Riyadh.

The Role
You will work closely with partners and senior stakeholders to drive business development and marketing initiatives across the Saudi market. The role will focus on strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the firm’s strategic objectives in the region.

This is a high-impact position offering strong visibility and the opportunity to shape the firm’s profile in a key growth market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with the firm’s regional goals
  • Supporting partners with client targeting, pitches, and relationship management
  • Identifying new business opportunities and market trends in Saudi Arabia
  • Leading on proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Organising client events, seminars, and networking initiatives
  • Collaborating with international BD teams on cross-border initiatives
  • Tracking pipeline activity and reporting on BD performance

Candidate Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in business development or marketing, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to drive client engagement and support revenue growth
  • Commercially focused with a proactive and strategic mindset
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
