Our client is an innovative and fast-growing digital commerce platform operating across the MENA region. Currently in an exciting phase of growth, they are building out a dedicated commercial team to scale their seller ecosystem across Fashion and Beauty in the UAE.

About the Role

As Senior Category Manager for Fashion & Beauty, you will take full ownership of seller growth in the Dubai market. You will identify, recruit, onboard, and coach sellers — from boutique retailers to creator-led brands — helping them succeed on the platform. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit sellers across your category — retailers, distributors, indie brands, and creator-led businesses
• Onboard and coach sellers on how to maximise their performance on the platform
• Manage and grow your seller portfolio as a trusted commercial partner
• Drive category growth through campaigns, creator collaborations, and launch initiatives
• Own your KPIs and use data to continuously improve performance
• Feed seller insights back to the broader team to shape product and operations

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in fashion and/or beauty — buyer, account manager, brand manager, sales lead, or creator/affiliate background
• Existing network of brands, distributors, or retailers in the UAE market
• Strong knowledge of the local consumer landscape, key players, and trends
• Entrepreneurial mindset — high ownership, bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity
• Experience working with or alongside creators and influencers is a strong advantage
• Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth company is highly desirable
• Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred)
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately
