Customer Success/Sales Director - SAAS/Enterprise

We are currently partnering with a leading, global SaaS organisation to appoint a Customer Success Director to lead their MENAT region. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term client value across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

The Role
As Customer Success Director, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for account strategy, growth, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, building C-level relationships and identifying opportunities to expand services and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own revenue targets and ensure strong retention across key accounts
  • Drive growth through cross-sell and upsell strategies
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team
  • Define and execute strategic account plans aligned to client objectives
  • Build and manage senior client relationships at C-level
  • Implement structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)
  • Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction (NPS-driven)
  • Identify market trends, risks, and growth opportunities

About You

  • Proven leadership experience within SaaS / technology environments
  • Strong background in Financial Crime, Fraud, or AML solutions
  • Track record of managing enterprise accounts and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be based in UAE
